Great Lakes Fencing Championships -
Proposal
The Board will solicit Requests for Proposals to see who, if anyone, will operate and manage the GLHMS Fencing Championships. Anyone who is interested should submit a proposal by September 15, 2009. It is anticipated that proposals will include facilities fees and/or management fees. Proposals should include location, fees and budget estimates.
Proposal to include:
* Marketing
* Event Schedules.
* Location
* Fees
* Referees
* Awards
* Management Fees
* Overall Budget
The proposal should also include a general plan for marketing & management.
Proposals should be submitted to Mark Griffin, Vince Cianciola or Mark Porter by any means reasonably calculated to actually be received. A confiriming telephone call is highly recommended.
